CROWDER-April Suvilla Jones age 35 of Crowder, MS passed away October 10, 2019, in Crowder, MS

April was born March 14, 1984, to Glen Allan and Alinda Karen Gilbert Jones in Cleveland, MS. She attended Presbyterian Day School, graduated from Cleveland High School with Honors in 2002. She went on to graduate from Mississippi Delta Community College and attended Delta State University for 2 years. April was a Carla Parker Dance School attendee for over 9 years. She had worked with Cornerstone Physical Therapy and had also worked with Latham Boots. April loved her family, she enjoyed each minute with her children. Her hobbies included painting, drawing, singing, dancing, clean the house, and most importantly taking care of her children. She was a long-time member of Pace Pentecostal Church.
April was preceded in death by her father, Glen Allan Jones, grandparents; Agnes Jones, Homer "Shorty" Gilbert, and great grandparent Rena Mae White.
She is survived by her mother, Alinda Karen Gilbert (Melissa) of Jackson, MS, 7 children, Alexis Burney, Makarley Parttridge, Grayson Parttridge, Maysin Golden, Keegan Golden, Corbin Golden, and Maddox Golden, Sister, Cora Leighann Brandies of Utica, MS, brother, Blake Allan Grisham of Jackson, MS, grandmother, Charlotte Gilbert of Horn Lake, MS, grandfather, Clint Jones (Anna) of Shaw, MS and a step-sister, Gracie Flint of Lambert, MS.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 22, 2021, in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 Pm until 2:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Home. Reverend Greg Chamblee will officiate the service.
