Gerald Allen Greenlee Sr. age 73 of Shaw, MS passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022, at his residence in Shaw, MS
Visitation for Gerald will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022, from 9:00 am until 10:00 AM at Cleveland Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. Reverend Gerald Greenlee Jr. will officiate the services.

Gerald was born in Shaw, MS September 21, 1948, to James D and Mazie Rowe Greenlee. He grew up in Shaw and graduated from Shaw High School in 1968. He entered the United States Air Force in 1968 during the Vietnam War. Gerald worked in construction his whole life, He enjoyed raising and taking care of his land and cattle. Gerald was known for his overwhelming generosity, always helping his friends family, and those in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents JD and Mazie Greenlee, sisters, Ruth Rigsby and Jamie Bailey, and a brother, J B Greenlee.
Gerald is survived by his son Gerald Greenlee, Jr., of Screven, GA, 6 siblings, Billy Greenlee of Haines City, Fl, JoAnn Palazola of Southaven, MS, Mary Laughlin of Olive Branch, MS, Elois Laster of Oakland, TN, Faye Williams of Oakland, TN, and Larry Greenlee of Haines City, FL.
