Michelle Marla Christensen-Millican

CLEVELAND - Michelle Marla Christensen-Millican, age 49, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday May 26, 2017 at the St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. 

Michelle was born on July 01, 1967 in Houma LA. She graduated Clear Lake High School in the Houston, TX area. Michelle graduated from the LPN program at Mississippi Delta Community College. She was also a Certified Message Therapist having graduated from the School of Natural Healing Arts in Grenada, MS.

Michelle had a passion for God, her son Taylor, family, people, God's creatures, and Delta Dirt. Her grandmother told her it (Delta Dirt) was holy ground and she believed her. Her happy place was living on the farm in Shaw with her son Taylor.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 4:30 PM till 6:30 PM at Cleveland Funeral Home.

Michelle is survived by Mother, Ouida Marla Pearce of Cleveland, MS.  Husband, Kenneth Brandon Millican of Boyle, MS.  Son, Taylor Pearce Christensen of Cleveland, MS. 

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Mississippi Delta Community College Associate Degree Program P O Box 668 Moorhead, MS 38761, College of Veterinary Medicine Development Office P.O. Box 6100 Mississippi State, MS  39762-6100 or the charity of donor’s choice.
