Nita Gilbert Oller

INDIANOLA - Nita Gilbert Oller, age 67, of Indianola, Mississippi, passed away on Thursday, January 03, 2019 at her home.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 6, 2019 in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be at North Cleveland Cemetery. Reverend Crocket Kennedy will officiate the services.

Mrs. Oller was born on February 01, 1951 to Homer and Rosie (Stone) Gilbert in Cleveland, MS.  She attended Pace and Rosedale Schools. She married Efton Oller, Jr. on August 01, 1970 in Rosedale, MS.  She was a homemaker and raised her 2 daughters. Mrs. Oller enjoyed camping, boat riding playing and watching baseball, fishing and spending time outdoors. She was a member of Pace Pentecostal Church for many years. She currently attended House of Praise Evangelism Church.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Rosie Gilbert, husband, Efton Oller, Jr., sisters Rita Moody and Eva Pearl Gilbert, brothers, Howard Lynn Gilbert, Homer gilbert, Jr., Alton Edward gilbert, Joseph Gilbert, Jimmy Lee Gilbert and Billy Ray Gilbert

She is survived by 2 daughters, Connie Sue Carpenter of Sunflower, MS and Anna Marie Perkins of Indianola, MS, 2 brothers, Bobby Gilbert of Pace, MS and Jimmy Gilbert of Pace, MS, sister, Mary Lee Pope of Cleveland, MS, 6 grandchildren, Austin Perkins, Colby Allen Carpenter, Cooper hays Rice, Preston Clay Oller, Kayla Ann Carpenter and Karleigh Ray Carpenter and 2 great granddaughter Audrianna Marie Nichols and Aleena Carpenter.

Pallbearers are Alton Edward Gilbert, Jr., John Raymond Gilbert, David Lynn Gilbert, Glen Allen Gilbert, Wendell Craig Gilbert and Eddie Gilbert.
