Paul David Ware

Paul David Ware, Jr., age 52, of Cleveland, MS, passed away peacefully at his home on April 19, 2025.

Born on January 27, 1973, in Cleveland, MS, to Paul David Ware and Lillian Aycox Ware, David was a proud graduate of the Cleveland High School Class of 1991. He furthered his education at Delta State University before dedicating 28 years of his career to Eley-McPherson, where he served as Service Crew Chief.

David married his beloved wife, Cindy Abdo, on September 23, 2000, in Greenville, MS. He was a devoted family man who cherished attending his son Brandon’s various sporting events. David found joy in crappie fishing with Cindy, deer hunting, cheering on the Alabama Football Teams, and spending quality time playing cards with friends. He attended the First Church of the Nazarene.

David is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cindy A. Ware of Cleveland, MS; his son, Brandon Ware of Cleveland, MS; and two sisters, Natalie Harkins (Larry) of Madison, MS and Paula Jones (Chris Tiffin) of Waveland, MS. He also leaves behind his brother-in-law James Abdo and many beloved nieces and nephews, including Mia Abdo, Matthew Warren (Jamie), Holly Worley (Drew), and Brian Howell (Katie), along with seven great-nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Cleveland Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will be at Lehrton Cemetery in Ruleville, MS, with Brother Larry Weaver officiating the services.

The pallbearers will include Troy Garrett, Ricky Miller, Josh Mitchell, Johnny Cassibry, Frank Beach, Warren Bramuchi, Vic Aguzzi, and Donnie Rocconi. Honorary pallbearers are Todd Kitchings, Lee Havens and Jeremy Ware.

Cleveland Funeral Home has been entrusted with caring for David’s family during this difficult time, and they express gratitude for the support received from the community. David's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
