Peggy Tribble-Wood

GREENVILLE—Peggy Lefern Davis Tribble-Wood, age 78, of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, April 25th at the Washington Care Center.

Peggy was born in Skene, MS April 29, 1939 to Herman Clyde and Doris Lucille Raney Davis. She attended Skene Schools.

Peggy was a dealer for several casinos before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Doris Davis; husbands, John Tribble and Clyde Wood; siblings Marvin, Valda and Mitchell Davis.

Peggy is survived by Brothers, William Davis, of Greenwood, MS; Michael Davis, of Greenville, MS; Bobby Davis of Greenville, MS; Sister, Alice Davis Tribble of Greenville, MS; 3 step-siblings, Patricia Shuba of Harahan, LA, Alda Belvens of Kenner, LA and Russell C. Davis of Pearl River, LA; Four Daughters, Joni, Kim, Kristy and Terri Lynn. She also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 5th at the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Greenville, MS.
