Spencer Lee Yarbrough

SHELBY- Spencer Lee Yarbrough age 66 of Shelby Mississippi passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022, in Shelby, MS at his residence.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Gunnison Baptist Church, in Gunnison MS. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM in the church sanctuary. Reverend Randy Duke will officiate the service.

Mr. Yarbrough was born on July 24, 1955, to Spencer Hayward Yarbrough and Nancy Sue Pierce in Rosedale, MS. Spencer graduated from Rosedale High school. He worked with Travenol Industries for a few years, then Delta Rice for several more years, and later worked for Duo-Fast Corporation before his retirement. Mr. Yarbrough married his wife Judith Eileen Woten on April 5, 1985, in Cleveland, MS. Mr. Yarbrough loved to hunt, fish, trap, do other outdoor activities.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Spencer Hayward Yarbrough and Nancy Sue Pierce Yarbrough.
Spencer is survived by his wife, Judith Eillen Woten Yarbrough of Shelby, MS, Daughter, Jennifer Y. Hall and (Chris) of Starkville, MS, stepdaughter, Julie Deaton of NM, Grandson, William Hugh Hopper, of Starkville, MS, step -grandson, Coby Scott of Southaven, MS, and sisters Katie Harper of Longview, TX, Margie Newton (Billy) of Gunnison, MS, Angie Aderholt (Audie) of Clarksdale, MS and Debbie Pearson of Gunnison, MS.
