Timothy Bardwell

Timothy Bardwell, known by his family and friends as "Tim" born on August 26, 1977, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Carl David Bardwell and Terri Rickett Bardwell, passed away on March 6, 2025. A graduate of Corinth High School, Tim dedicated over 22 years of his career to Kroger and spent the last year working at Nehi Bottling.

On December 28, 2019, Tim married Melissa Abbey, embarking on a journey together that brought immense joy to both their lives. He was a devoted father to his son, Nolan Michael Bardwell, who was the light of his life. Tim found happiness in traveling, enjoyed watching Star Wars, playing Xbox, and had a fondness for Dr. Pepper. His love for his family was deep and unwavering.

Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Terri Rickett Bardwell. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Abbey Bardwell; his son, Nolan Bardwell; his father, Carl David Bardwell (Yvonne); his brother, Jonathan Bardwell (Amy); as well as numerous relatives, including his aunt Frances Barger and uncles Mark and Jack Rickett.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 3:00 PM in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place in the Jenkins Family Cemetery in Sumner, Mississippi. The services will be officiated by Brother John Morehead and Brother Charles Abbey.

Pallbearers include Ray Bardwell, Greg West, Zeph West, Chase Jackson, Greg Winters, and Jonathan Bardwell. Honorary pallbearers are V. L. Barger, Gene Barger, Vick Barger, Joey Gray, and friends from Kroger and Nehi Bottling.

Cleveland Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Tim's family during this difficult time.
