Wiley Hollinger

Mr. Wiley Hollinger, aged 73, from Cleveland, MS, peacefully passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, MS.

Visitation hours will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Cleveland Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 AM in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow Lehrton Cemetery in Ruleville, MS. The services will be officiated by Reverend Bill Kirkpatrick.

Wiley, born on April 16, 1951, in Hinchcliff, MS, to Dewey and Lucille Dickey Hollinger, attended Merigold School. Starting his career working on farms, he later transitioned to maintenance roles in various catfish farms in the region, accumulating over 30 years of dedicated service. He married Susan Crowe December 21, 1989 in Lefore County, MS. Remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Wiley leaves a void in the hearts of many.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister. Wiley is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Susan Crowe Hollinger of Cleveland, MS, daughters Brenda Robinson of Laurel, MS, Leslie Hollinger of Laurel, MS, Victoria Ann Partridge of Sardis, MS, and son Wiley James "Man" Hollinger of Cleveland, MS, along with 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jake Partridge, Everette Eastland, Jason Partridge, Leon Weeks, Bobby Turner, and Larry Jefcoat.
